SHIPPING POLICY
We are proudly located in the Edgemont Village in North Vancouver and mainly cover North shore (North Vancouver and West Vancouver) for delivery services.
For our valued clients, we always try our absolute best to deliver the freshest custom-arranged products.
Substitutions can be sometimes made due to seasonality of flowers.

A flat delivery fee of $10 plus applicable taxes will be charged to each order for delivery within North Vancouver area and a flat delivery fee of $15 plus applicable taxes will be charged for delivery within West Vancouver.

Same day delivery can be accommodated but the orders must be placed before noon in Pacific Standard Time. Please refer below as same day delivery may not be available during holiday season.
We really appreciate our dear clients who always come back and look for our goods and services during holiday seasons. Our delivery capacity is easily overwhelmed during holiday seasons such as Christmas, Mother's Day or Valentine's Day. We strongly advise you to plan ahead and place your order at least a week in advance. Once our daily capacity for the florist and the delivery personnel is reached, we DO NOT take more orders to guarantee our quality services.

We do not take nationwide or international delivery orders that third party florist creates and delivers. We are very proud of our creations and we focus on the area we feel confident to serve in order to offer the best quality arrangements and products.

RETURN POLICY
We, Rosa Floral Design, are very proud of what we do and have been very fortunate to see lots of happy clients. However, we do understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause issues that have to be related to a refund/exchange process.

In such case, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the product via e-mail, a phone call, or visit to process the return. Please leave a voice message with the time of your call if unanswered. Any issue escalated past 24 hours of receipt of the product will be difficult to be considered due to the perishable nature of flowers.
We will be more than happy to replace any damaged unperishable items; however, perishable items such as cut flowers cannot be replaced due to the nature and store credit will be available if the issue can be addressed.

Return/refund requests pertinent to one's preference on the appearance of arrangement cannot be accommodated.
The absence of necessary information related to the success of delivery such as buzzer number or incorrect address cannot be a reason for refund or exchange. Passing of reliable and correct delivery instruction and information is responsible for the person who places an order. Again, we are not responsible for delivery failure due to wrong information provided.

Due to seasonality and availability, Rosa Floral Design occasionally cannot guarantee the exactly same look, colour palette, or the flowers in the arrangement that is shown on the website.
Needless to say, we will always try our best to inform our clients, however, if you specifically require certain flowers, colours to be included, please let us know in advance!
